Yoga

Good things take a long time to spread whereas the bad ones spread way too fast. It was very refreshing to see lot of folks following yoga and Ramdev and trying to get back to fitness.

I am no fitness freak myself but have started going to yoga and its a great feeling once you are able to do things the way they need to be done.

Kapalbatti and pranayama are really a very good breathing exercises and something i would recommend for everyone. There is lot of information available on the net, I am going to start collecting all of them and will share it in my blogs...so stay tuned!
